Rick is an experienced physiotherapist with an exceptional practice background. He has worked primarily in General and Sports Private Practice and also been involved with elite sporting teams such as the Victorian Rugby Union, Victorian Football League, national netball and baseball teams. He also has special interest in pain relief for muscular, joint, arthritic and rheumatic conditions.
Rick’s practice approach encompasses particularly hands on treatment such as soft tissue massage therapy, mobilisation, ultrasound, sports physiotherapy and the design of personal exercise and fitness programs. He has a friendly and caring nature with a focus on understanding each individual person’s needs, expectations and goals and is a popular practitioner in the centre.
JAMES (DONGKYU) SEO
Masters of Physiotherapy
James is an experienced physiotherapist treating many complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, along with gerontological issues such as balance and arthritis.
He graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University along with a Master and Bachelor degree of Physical Therapy in South Korea. Furthermore, he has diverse skills and certificates, such as Orthopaedic manual therapy, taping techniques, and Bobath concept (Neurodevelopmental Therapy).
James’ treatment approach embraces hands-on manual therapy in combination with diverse exercises including Clinical Pilates and specific rehabilitation programmes. He has a kind and considerate approach and is a very popular practitioner.
B. Health Science / Master of Physiotherapy Practice
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University. As an amateur boxer, he has enriched his knowledge about neuromuscular control and injury patterns, and what it is to be an injured athlete. Mark has experience in massage, taping and acute injury management, having worked closely with South Yarra Football and Netball Club as a sports trainer. His physiotherapy approach encompasses hands-on manual techniques such as massage and mobilization, along with specific corrective exercise prescription. He is particularly interested in enhancing the role of both prevention and rehabilitation in combat sports.
Post Grad (pod)
With over 30 years’ experience in Podiatry, Janita has successfully treated over 120,000 patients. She has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors during her professional life. Janita has particular interest and experience in biomechanics and orthotics and has completed post graduate Pod Pediatric studies at Flinders University.
She is a passionate professional who keeps abreast of the latest advances in Podiatry and offers a full range of podiatry services including dry needling, high risk foot diseases including diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, arthritic conditions, and gait problems.
Janita manages sports injuries, children’s feet, pronation, neuroma, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, knee pain, ingrown toenails, fungal nails, corns, callous, warts, tinea and bunions.
She is a great believer in evidence-based practice to not only treat presenting symptoms but the underlying causes as well. Her approach in treatment involves educating, motivating, and supporting patients to implement their treatment plans and therefore achieve the very best outcomes.
Dr TRACY WILLIAMS

Tracy is a graduate of R.M.I.T University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chiropractic and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic. With over 9 years of clinical experience, she believes Chiropractic care optimises your health and wellbeing by improving the integrity of your nervous system. She specialises in both acute and wellness care, placing an emphasis on quality of care and believe treatment should be personalised to individual needs. Tracy keeps up to date with current protocols and modern techniques.
Tracy is experienced in both manual Diversified adjustments and gentle low-force techniques, including soft tissue work, mobilisation, Activator, drop table, blocks and cranial techniques. She also incorporates postural exercises, stretches, kinesio taping, strengthening therapy and ergonomics in the care plan. This gives her patients the best opportunity to achieve desired outcomes in the quickest time possible.
Phoebe is an experienced Chiropractor who is passionate about supporting her patients from the treatment table and getting them back to doing what they enjoy as soon as possible. After graduating from the 5-year RMIT university chiropractic degree, Phoebe then undertook an extra year of study to research the effect of pelvic motion during running, earning her a 1st class Honours degree.
Phoebe has also undertaken a variety of extra courses to enhance her knowledge in rehabilitation, strength & conditioning and running gait analysis. She has provided chiropractic care to athletes around Australia, including at the Lifesaving World Championships, Ironman 70.3, Australian Dodgeball League and various Crossfit events. In 2018, Phoebe also travelled to India to provide chiropractic care for local communities around Udaipur – an experience she will never forget! Phoebe is now completing further study to become an Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractor.
In addition to chiropractic, Phoebe is interested in how our physiology impacts injury and exercise at each stage of life. She is particularly passionate about helping women understand the unique physiology shifts they experience from puberty to post-menopause, and how we can alter our exercise habits to suit each stage of life to help our bodies recover faster, build greater strength and reduce our risk of injury.
Phoebe recognises the importance of hands-on treatment to reduce pain and increase function. She employs a range of techniques tailored to suit the individual’s needs including spinal and extremity joint manipulation (adjustments), soft tissue therapy, instrument assisted techniques, and taping
Martina graduated from the University of Sydney and has developed a passion for physiotherapy, especially in women's and men's health, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Having the experience of working in various settings such as clinics, hospitals, sports teams, rehabilitation centres and aged care, Martina has a broad knowledge of different physiotherapy fields and is able to treat patients from all walks of life. She enjoys treating pre and post natal patients, children, sports injuries, and aged related injuries. She incorporates many treatment modalities such as dry needling, trigger point release, Pilates, manipulation, ultrasound, exercise therapy and equipment prescription.
Outside of work, Martina enjoys weight training, dancing, Pilates and bouldering. Her current goal is to compete in a dance competition. Connecting with people and exploring new cuisines are among her favourite things to do.
Coming from a multicultural background, she is blessed with 2 languages: Chinese and English. Martina is empathetic, friendly and positive, so feel free to chat with her about any questions you may have!
Dr ADRIAN TOTA

Adrian has been an integral part of our team for over a decade. He is a past graduate of the 5-year double degree course conducted within the faculty of Biomedical and Health Science at RMIT University, Melbourne. He holds degrees in both Chiropractic Science and Clinical Science.
As well as undergoing his chiropractic qualifications, Adrian
also has a strong connection to massage therapy and a history of working within sports clubs and family medical practice. As a result, he is experienced in caring for muscular aches and pains in the back, neck, hips, legs and arms, as well as specialising in treating all types of spinal complaints, headaches, arthritic and other degenerative conditions.
Adrian applies a very hands-on approach in caring for his patients, which combines a range of soft and deep tissue massage, mobilisation, gentle manipulation, ultrasound, taping, exercise prescription and general postural, workstation and other self-help advice.
Dr JAMIE NGAN
Jamie graduated from RMIT University with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy).
Coming from a sporting background, Jamie has participated in a variety of sports, including badminton and martial arts (such as taekwondo and kung fu). She is also a passionate runner and loves high intensity interval training (HIIT). This has led to a keen interest in obtaining extensive knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics.
Jamie is a friendly and enthusiastic osteopath who enjoys working with people of all age groups. Her treatments includes both direct and indirect techniques, sports injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Jamie understands that everyone is unique and may have preference for certain treatment techniques. Jamie is willing to work together with each and every client to create an individualised treatment and management plan that is tailored to their specific needs.
Using her experience and her knowledge, Jamie aims to help each client to manage their pain, and be able to return to doing the activities they really enjoy!

Vanissa has graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology which gives her an extensive background in anatomy and the analysis of human movement in day-to-day functional activities, work ergonomics and sport-specific activities.
Her wide range of work experience as a physiotherapist assistant in Canada, sports trainer, spinal cord injury rehabilitation exercise trainer, and work in aged care, has allowed her to develop a diverse set of skills. She has a very approachable and caring nature and her treatment approach entails both hands-on manual therapy and exercises that help to achieve patient-specific goals as well as to promote self-management and injury prevention.

Matthew graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. He understands that every client and their injury is different, and the pain experienced can be complicated.
Having the experience of working in a broad range of settings including private practices, community aged care and local football clubs (Marcellin Old College Football Club), he has developed extensive knowledge in ensuring accurate prescription of rehab plans for clients with musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and work-related injuries.
Matthew employs various treatment techniques to facilitate optimal recovery such as manual therapy, clinical Pilates, dry needling, taping, mobility re-training and at-home exercises. With an excellent understanding of pain and human physiology along with a warm and friendly approach, Matthew is able to provide exceptional personalised care to his clients.
As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Matthew is committed to continue upskilling himself through attending regular professional courses. Outside of work, he enjoys a few games of squash and swimming, and of course watching some Netflix in the evening. He is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin!

Bing graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Biomedicine and Doctor of Physiotherapy. He has worked in Private Practice and Aged care facilites and also been involved in sporting teams such as Moorabbin Kangaroos Football Club (2016), Old Xavier Football club (2017- current), Melbourne United Basketball Club (2017) and Melbourne Victory Women’s Soccer Team (2017). Bing helped the Old Xavier’s win the championship in the U19’s Premier League in season 2018. Bing offers excellent injury assessment and management, therapeutic massage, joint mobilisation, taping, exercise prescription, dry needling and clinical education for a wide variety of physical problems.
Bing is committed to finding the cause of pain and matching the treatment with the client’s expectations. Bing has an interest in tennis, swimming, and basketball, and is a loyal supporter of Houston Rockets and Barcelona FC. He enjoys helping his clients to feel and function at their best!

Ashleigh Robinson graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Honors from Monash University. She is a caring Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist who provides evidence-based nutrition advice to help clients reach their health goals. Ashleigh uses a collaborative, patient-centered approach to create personalized and effective dietary and lifestyle interventions tailored to your needs. She promotes sustainable lifestyle changes and eating in moderation rather than crash-dieting and exclusion of food groups.

Courtney is a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic Remedial Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Victorian Fitness Academy with a Diploma of remedial massage in 2019. From a young age she has been devoted to a life of sport, exercise and wellness. She takes this dedication and implements it into treating her clients to help them achieve their optimal level of health and fitness.
Courtney believes strongly in the value of hands-on soft tissue treatments, and is confident in many different styles of techniques, including; Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy and Relaxation massage. She uses a combination of techniques and styles throughout her treatments to tailor them to her client’s needs.
Courtney enjoys meeting new people and forming relationships with her clients. She is incredibly committed to her work and enjoys helping people, leaving them feeling and functioning at their very best.
