Massage Therapist



Rick is an experienced physiotherapist with an exceptional practice background. He has worked primarily in General and Sports Private Practice and also been involved with elite sporting teams such as the Victorian Rugby Union, Victorian Football League, national netball and baseball teams. He also has special interest in pain relief for muscular, joint, arthritic and rheumatic conditions.


Rick’s practice approach encompasses particularly hands on treatment such as soft tissue massage therapy, mobilisation, ultrasound, sports physiotherapy and the design of personal exercise and fitness programs. He has a friendly and caring nature with a focus on understanding each individual person’s needs, expectations and goals and is a popular practitioner in the centre.


Remedial Massage Therapist

Denise is an experienced remedial, sports and relaxation massage therapist whom has been with the clinic for over a decade.  She graduated with distinctions from ESTT College of Natural Medicine and is a Member of the Society of Clinical Masseurs.


She has been engaged for a number of years with AFL clubs and 1st and 2nd Division soccer clubs and has been involved in providing massage therapy at the Sydney 2000 Olympics, Adidas International Tennis in Sydney, Australian/ South African Test Cricket Teams and Australian National Netball championships.

Denise utilises a wide range of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports, relaxation, shiatsu trigger point therapy, myofascial release
to suit each person’s individual needs and preferences. Consequently
she is a popular practitioner in the centre. (Health Rebates available).

Laura graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Masters of Health Science in Osteopathy. Her love of sport and fascination for the potential of the human body led her to a career in Osteopathy.


Laura has had several years experience in dance, swimming and netball and takes great interest in gym based health and fitness. Her extensive sporting background enables her to have a deeper understanding of the human body and its biomechanics. She is an extremely passionate and enthusiastic Osteopath and enjoys treating patients of all ages. She is a firm believer of holistic health care and uses a wide range of treatment techniques, rehabilitation and education to develop management plans for her patients.


Laura has also undertaken further studies in Trigger Point Dry Needling and uses it to complement her other Osteopathic techniques when required.

Masters of Physiotherapy

James is an experienced physiotherapist having managed a large number of complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. He graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University, along with a Masters Degree of Physical Therapy from Yong-In University in South Korea. He has diverse skills and certificates, such as Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (OMT, Kaltenborn-Evjenth concept), Taping techniques, Bobath concept and Neuro-Developmental Therapy (NDT).


James’ treatment approach embraces hands-on manual therapy, along with diverse exercises including Clinical Pilates and rehabilitation. He has a kind and considerate approach and is a popular practitioner at the practice.

B. Health Science / Master of Physiotherapy Practice

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University. As an amateur boxer, he has enriched his knowledge about neuromuscular control and injury patterns, and what it is to be an injured athlete. Mark has experience in massage, taping and acute injury management, having worked closely with South Yarra Football and Netball Club as a sports trainer. His physiotherapy approach encompasses hands-on manual techniques such as massage and mobilization, along with specific corrective exercise prescription. He is particularly interested in enhancing the role of both prevention and rehabilitation in combat sports.

With over 30 years’ experience in Podiatry, Janita has successfully treated over 120,000 patients. She has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors during her professional life. Janita has particular interest and experience in biomechanics and orthotics and has completed post graduate Pod Pediatric studies at Flinders University. 


She is a passionate professional who keeps abreast of the latest advances in Podiatry and offers a full range of podiatry services including dry needling, high risk foot diseases including diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, arthritic conditions, and gait problems.


Janita manages sports injuries, children’s feet, pronation, neuroma, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, knee pain, ingrown toenails, fungal nails, corns, callous, warts, tinea and bunions.


She is a great believer in evidence-based practice to not only treat presenting symptoms but the underlying causes as well. Her approach in treatment involves educating, motivating, and supporting patients to implement their treatment plans and therefore achieve the very best outcomes.

Tracy is a graduate of R.M.I.T University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chiropractic and a Master of Clinical Chiropractic. With over 9 years of clinical experience, she believes Chiropractic care optimises your health and wellbeing by improving the integrity of your nervous system. She specialises in both acute and wellness care, placing an emphasis on quality of care and believe treatment should be personalised to individual needs. Tracy keeps up to date with current protocols and modern techniques.

Tracy is experienced in both manual Diversified adjustments and gentle low-force techniques, including soft tissue work, mobilisation, Activator, drop table, blocks and cranial techniques. She also incorporates postural exercises, stretches, kinesio taping, strengthening therapy and ergonomics in the care plan. This gives her patients the best opportunity to achieve desired outcomes in the quickest time possible.

Eddie Lobo is a past graduate from the M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, India. After coming to Australia he completed Physiotherapy studies at Melbourne University, as well as completing the Australian Physiotherapy Council exams. He has also completed a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at Victoria University. Eddie's areas of interest include musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological cases. In practice, Eddie's approach is very hands on and includes soft tissue massage, mobilisation, manipulation (where required), corrective exercise prescription and other physical treatment modalities. Eddie has also worked with several local and National soccer teams.

Samantha became very interested in the workings of the human body as a teenager and discovered the holistic nature of Osteopathy and how it can assist in the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries.

Sam has a background in Remedial Massage Therapy which allowed her to gain much experience in the industry and develop key skills that she draws upon in her Osteopathic practice. She has completed courses in Myofascial Dry Needling and Chronic Pain Management to further develop and enhance her Osteopathic skills. 

In her treatments, Sam uses a wide variety of Osteopathic techniques including structural techniques as well as gentle indirect techniques. This allows her to adapt her treatment to the individual so she can achieve the best results for each and every patient.

Outside of work Sam loves to get outdoors, keeping fit and active and competing in fun runs. She has a kind and compassionate nature and loves to see her clients feeling great!

Adrian has been an integral part of our team for over a decade.  He is a past graduate of the 5-year double degree course conducted within the faculty of Biomedical and Health Science at RMIT University, Melbourne. He holds degrees in both Chiropractic Science and Clinical Science.


As well as undergoing his chiropractic qualifications, Adrian
also has a strong connection to massage therapy and a history of working within sports clubs and family medical practice. As a result, he is experienced in caring for muscular aches and pains in the back, neck, hips, legs and arms, as well as specialising in treating all types of spinal complaints, headaches, arthritic and other degenerative conditions.


Adrian applies a very hands-on approach in caring for his patients, which combines a range of soft and deep tissue massage, mobilisation, gentle manipulation, ultrasound, taping, exercise prescription and general postural, workstation and other self-help advice.

Christopher graduated from R.M.I.T university with a bachelor in applied
science and a Master degree in clinical chiropractic. He is a caring and
thoughtful practitioner with a strong focus on rehabilitation. Christopher
employs an array of manual adjusting techniques in conjunction with specifically
tailored soft tissue massage therapies.

In addition, Christopher uses various adjunctive modalities such as ultrasound, S.O.T blocking, Activator, Cranial, heat and cold therapies to maximise his treatment.  Christopher’s experience includes managing a high-volume chiropractic practice. Christopher looks forward to meeting and assisting you in reaching your health potential.

Jordyn graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Masters of Health Science in Osteopath. She has completed further study is strength and conditioning and is qualified in myofascial dry needling. 


Jordyn is a structural osteopath with a keen interest in biomechanics and the mechanisms behind why injuries occur, rather than focusing on the symptoms alone. She enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and people of all ages. She has a particular interest in headaches, jaw and neck pain. 


Jordyn’s treatments involve a multi-faceted holistic approach utilizing a broad range of hands-on osteopathic techniques that are tailored specifically to each patient. 


She strongly believes in optimising the overall health of an individual through movement and lifestyle education, empowering patients to be proactive about managing their health.

Vanissa has graduated from La Trobe University with a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology which gives her an extensive background in anatomy and the analysis of human movement in day-to-day functional activities, work ergonomics and sport-specific activities.


Her wide range of work experience as a physiotherapist assistant in Canada, sports trainer, spinal cord injury rehabilitation exercise trainer, and work in aged care, has allowed her to develop a diverse set of skills. She has a very approachable and caring nature and her treatment approach entails both hands-on manual therapy and exercises that help to achieve patient-specific goals as well as to promote self-management and injury prevention.

Matthew graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. He understands that every client and their injury is different, and the pain experienced can be complicated.


Having the experience of working in a broad range of settings including private practices, community aged care and local football clubs (Marcellin Old College Football Club), he has developed extensive knowledge in ensuring accurate prescription of rehab plans for clients with musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and work-related injuries.

Matthew employs various treatment techniques to facilitate optimal recovery such as manual therapy, clinical Pilates, dry needling, taping, mobility re-training and at-home exercises. With an excellent understanding of pain and human physiology along with a warm and friendly approach, Matthew is able to provide exceptional personalised care to his clients.

As a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Matthew is committed to continue upskilling himself through attending regular professional courses. Outside of work, he enjoys a few games of squash and swimming, and of course watching some Netflix in the evening. He is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin!

He has worked in Private Practice and Aged care facilites and also been involved in sporting teams such as Moorabbin Kangaroos Football Club (2016), Old Xavier Football club (2017- current), Melbourne United Basketball Club (2017) and Melbourne Victory Women’s Soccer Team (2017). Bing helped the Old Xavier’s win the championship in the U19’s Premier League in season 2018. Bing offers excellent injury assessment and management, therapeutic massage, joint mobilisation, taping, exercise prescription, dry needling and clinical education for a wide variety of physical problems.

Bing is committed to finding the cause of pain and matching the treatment with the client’s expectations. Bing has an interest in tennis, swimming, and basketball, and is a loyal supporter of Houston Rockets and Barcelona FC. He enjoys helping his clients to feel and function at their best!

She promotes sustainable lifestyle changes and eating in moderation rather than crash-dieting and exclusion of food groups.

Dimitra is a caring and thorough Remedial Massage Therapist. She has appealed to both patients who are used to therapeutic massage or deep tissue techniques and those who prefer lighter relaxation style methods. She has incorporated into her treatment style a refreshing blend of many effective techniques utilised by a wide range of Remedial Massage and other therapists and by Dr George Stabelos.

The ultimate aim of his treatment is to achieve long term improvement with a combination of massage therapy, manual therapy, taping, injury prevention strategies, education and exercise prescription.
