Do I need a referral?

Accepted Answer

No. Our experienced Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Osteopaths can
diagnose your problem and treat accordingly.

Can I get a rebate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Workcover, Transport Accident Commission, and Veterans Affairs will
cover treatment for eligible patients. There is also some limited cover
available via Medicare for eligible patients. You may wish to discuss
this with one of our staff, or your Doctor.

Question 3

How do I make payment?

Accepted Answer

(Hicaps) Private Health Insurance claims are processed direct at reception,
so you need pay only any remaining gap. We prefer payment via card and accept Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. For Medicare consults we now take payment at the time of consultation and you are reimbursed overnight from Medicare, direct to your account.

How much will X-rays cost?

X-rays are bulk-billed by Medicare and hence no cost to you.

Is there public transport to your clinic?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can catch one of the busses which travel along Springvale Rd.
Glen Waverley train station is a 15-20 minute walk.

Question 6

What should I bring to my first session?

Accepted Answer

You should bring any information relating to your problem, such as Xrays
or scans, doctors letters etc. If you have private health insurance you
should also bring your card so you can claim immediately using our Hicaps
machine at reception.

Please note we require 24 hours notice of change/cancellation of an appointment. Otherwise charges may apply.
