Paddy is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), having completed a Master of Dietetics and First Class Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences (Honours) at Deakin University, after completing a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) at the University of Sydney.  She comes from a community services background and is passionate about a tailored approach to nutrition, recognising that everyone has vastly different needs, priorities, and goals. She is steadfast in working from a Health at Every Size, non-diet and weight-inclusive approach, and is much more interested in working on optimising healthful and realistic behaviours and habits rather than focusing on a number on the scale. She tries to keep things as simple as possible, focusing on the fundamentals of nutrition rather than “quick fixes” or the latest fad.

Accredited Practicing Dietitian's are university-qualified health professionals that undertake continuous training to stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition information. They translate scientific nutrition research into practical and easy to understand nutritional advice.

During your visit, Paddy will chat with you to better understand your health history and dietary intake and identify areas of improvement within your diet. She will then assess your current health status and work with you to create sustainable changes to improve your health. Each visit, she will review your progress and make necessary changes to your personalised nutrition plan for continued improvement.
