Ashleigh Robinson graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Honors from Monash University. Ashleigh uses a collaborative, patient-centered approach to create personalized and effective dietary and lifestyle interventions tailored to your needs. She promotes sustainable lifestyle changes and eating in moderation rather than crash-dieting and exclusion of food groups.

Accredited Practicing Dietitians are university-qualified health professionals that undertake continuous training to stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition information. They translate scientific nutrition research into practical and easy to understand nutritional advice.

She will then assess your current health status and work with you to create sustainable changes to improve your health. Each visit, she will review your progress and make necessary changes to your personalized nutrition plan for continued improvement.
